How long will it take to complete my video?
Typical production time is one to two weeks depending on the spokespersons availability and our production schedule.
What are the options where I can have my spokesperson appear?
We offer several different placement options for your virtual spokesperson. Your virtual spokesperson can be placed at the bottom right corner, bottom left corner, bottom center, top left corner, top right corner, top center, middle left, middle right, middle center or you can even embed the virtual spokesperson for exact placement.
Why does the iphone or ipad video have a black background?
In order to display video content on an iPhone or iPad the video has to be an mp4 video file. Mp4 video files do not allow the transparent background so a solid background is used.
Can I request certain attire for the spokesperson?
Yes, you can request different types of business or business casual attire for the actor. However, the actor will wear clothing they already have in their wardrobe, and match your request as closely as possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee they will have exact outfits. We do suggest you analyze your web site and make clothing recommendations based on your color scheme. In general, wearing dark colors on light web pages and light colors on dark web pages looks best.
What camera shots do you offer?
We have three different camera shots to choose from. Your virtual spokesperson can be displayed from the waist up (half body), from the knees up (3/4 body shot) or full body shot.
Can the spokesperson wear our company shirt, uniform or attire to match our services?
Yes, as long as you supply the attire you want your website spokesperson to wear.
Can the spokesperson display my product?
Yes and there is no extra cost. If you have a product that you would like the spokesperson to hold please send us the product.
Do I have to do anything to my web site to add a Video Spokesperson to it?
No changes to your site are necessary. Your Impact Spokesperson will lay over your existing page content and disappear when done. The process is easy! We provide you a simple link of code to insert into your web site to have the video appear and play where you want, and that’s it. Of course, one of our knowledgeable support technicians can assist you with the process if needed.
Are there any other hidden costs or fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. It includes the spokesperson, video production and installation support (if needed). We do not charge a monthly fee nor do we charge for how many times your virtual spokesperson is displayed.
Does impactspokesperson.com have to host the video?
Not necessarily. However, most of our clients choose to host their videos with us because our servers are optimized for video streaming and we ensure your videos play fluidly and without interruption or pausing. But, if you have the appropriate server and bandwidth and want to host the video yourself, our Web Implementation team will gladly send you the files and instructions for you to integrate it yourself.
