Virtual Spokesperson Play Mode Options

User Requested Play Mode (U-RPM)

Have you ever been embarrassed or startled by unexpected sound on a website you were visiting while you were on a conference call, or during working hours? Have you needed to stop where you are on the internet and return at a later time, but you really just want to pick up where you left off?

Let your site visitor take control and decide when he or she wants (and is able) to hear your message!

By choosing the Impact Spokesperson User Requested Play Mode (U-RPM) you enable your virtual spokesperson to appear on your webpage, yet remain silent until your website visitor clicks the “Play Video” Button. Your visitor is able to choose when he or she wants to hear your message. This is a perfect solution to make sure that visitors to you site, and their co-workers, bosses or colleagues are not surprised or interrupted by sound coming from a website, and makes certain your site visitor can really listen to your message.

When the visitor clicks “Play Video” your virtual spokesperson delivers your message. When finished, your virtual host will return to silent mode, pleasantly waiting for your visitor to browse your site.

Add a virtual spokesperson to your website

Play Automatically

Your virtual spokesperson will immediately begin speaking when the visitor enters your site. This is a popular choice to make sure that visitors always get the message.

Delay Play

Allow visitors to become familiar with your site before your virtual spokesperson appears. Delay Play lets you specify how many seconds you would like your spokesperson to wait before appearing on your site and speaking. With delay play you can have your virtual spokesperson either play automatically or have the virtual spokesperson play when your web visitor request them.

Per Session

You can have the option to allow your video spokesperson to play once per session. For example: When a visitor comes to your website for the first time and view the page that has your video spokesperson on it, the video will play that initial time. If the visitor clicks to view another page and the decides to comes back to the page that your video is on, the video will not play a second time. As long as your visitor does not close out their website browser, the session will continue. They can come back to your site or page and the video will not play again because the video has played once per session.  Now let’s suppose your visitor closes their web browser and re-opens it and comes back to your website. The video will play again because the web browser has started a new session.

Play once per day

By choosing this option, your video will play only once when a person visits your site. If that same visitor returns within 24 hours or refreshes the page at any time during that 24 hours, your virtual spokesperson will not be seen or heard. This option can be set for as many days as you like.
